Youtube is the largest video platform in the world. Everyone wants to earn money when they doing hard work. In youtube, every video creator can earn money by monetizing their videos.
Requirement of Enable Monetization on Youtube
You will need to fulfil this requirement if you want to monetize your channel. First, you’ll need to complete your 1000 subscribers on your channel and also need 4000 hours of watch time on your videos.
Both are not a tough process if your video content is really informative or whatever is the goal of your video is complete. Remember- It calculates on 12 months basis. Try to make more videos in starting to achieve this goal.
Check Progress of Enabling Monetization Requirement
Login to your youtube and go to youtube studio by click on your profile image and select youtube studio. Click the monetization tab and check the progress of reaching 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of watch time. If your both milestones are complete then you can see the blue “Apply Now” Button.
Follow Youtube Rules
When you apply for monetization then you’ll go through a standard review process where you can check rules for monetization. You should follow all rules of youtube if you want to grow or enable monetization.
Also, avoid copyright and monetization mistakes on youtube. Remember, your channel will be demonetization if you violate youtube rules or policy.
Link your Google Adsense Account
Adsense is the medium of earn money from your videos. You need to link your AdSense account with youtube, and AdSense pays you money when your video is monetized. It plays ads on your videos. If you have an Adsense account already then connect your account. No need to make new.
Note– In one Adsense account you can connect multiple channels.
Apply for Monetization and wait around 2 weeks or less. Sometimes it takes only 1-2 days. You can’t speed up its process. If you’re rejected from this program then you can reapply for monetization.
But remember if you are rejected from Adsense then you receive the reason for rejection. The Reason does not describe it exactly. Before reapplying, read those reasons and try to solve the issue and check youtube policies.
